OBJECTIVE OF YOUR HEALTH MY LIFE PROJECT

"The 'Your Health, My Life' dietary change project aims to inspire the community to transition from animal products to plant-based foods."Consuming animal products, like meat, leads to suffering for many animals in factory farming. On the other hand, plant-based diet options not only benefit human health but also improve animal welfare. The "YOUR HEALTH MY LIFE" project seeks to advocate for plant-based diets to support both animal well-being, environment  and human health.

Our approach

We advocate for a plant-based diet through a range of strategies, including training food vendors, introducing new recipes, running street campaigns, broadcasting radio and TV shows, and hosting educational sessions. Partnering with local markets, chefs, and nutritionists emphasizes plant-based culinary options. Community events like food festivals and workshops foster a supportive environment for embracing plant-based living, aiming to inspire positive changes and promote a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.
